Vermont Extreme Weather People’s Hearing

The Extreme Weather People’s Hearing will bring together people in Vermont to share firsthand impacts of how increasingly severe floods, heat waves, and other extreme weather events are impacting their lives and communities. Together, we’ll shine a spotlight on the real human costs of the climate crisis, elevate local voices, and build momentum for action in Congress.
We’ll be joined by Senator Welch, Representative Balint, and other elected leaders who will hear directly from community members. Come connect with fellow advocates, enjoy free food, and learn how you can help push for solutions that protect Vermont families and communities.
