On Wednesday VPIRG and a number of our allies met with the chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and got some great news.

One of Entergy’s key scare tactics has been the idea that the feds might force Vermont to allow Yankee to continue past its expiration date.  Now the NRC has indicated they'll respect Vermont's right to choose our energy future.
